I wrote this review some years ago, and it only gets better. This is a December 2025 update. We were out-of-town for over a month using Water Medic to service the pool. While servicing the pool, an accident caused a part of the pool filter to break. After contacting Jake (Pool Dept), he kindly arranged for Justin (Pool Dept Manager) to come to the house. Justin put himself in my shoes without hesitation. He quickly resolved the matter absent a need for a back and forth. Yes, it was an accident but how many times have you had to negotiate with a contractor to get something repaired that the contractor damaged? In this case, zero negotiation and an equitable solution. If you are not using Water Medic for all your water-related requirements, you might want to reconsider. Water Medic is employee owned and it shows. Water Medic is a superb service provider to this house. Rick and his team are both professional and responsive. Water Medic uses an often times overlooked process called 'planned maintenance,' so instead of waiting for something to breakdown or require emergency repair, Water Medic schedules maintenance beforehand. It's a great concept and one that makes Water Medic a '5-Star' business.
Cody S did a great job! Fixed the issue with minimal issues, even easier than expected. No was recommended by Junior at Skyline, who I also highly recommend. Couldn't be happier with everyone on this! Service, price, quality, just amazing!!
I moved into a house with an old, poorly rigged up and repaired well system that was having all sorts of problems.
I called Water Medic and they came out and did a very thorough estimate, called and talked me through everything they saw, then gave me a few options for repairs.
I had a few estimates done and Water Medic came out the most reasonable for what I ended up having to have done. They were very easy to get ahold of and very professional.
They showed up on the day they scheduled the repairs, showed up when they said and did everything perfectly. My water works great and smells much better now. Highly recommend!

Stop looking for a company to handle your SWFL water issues. This is the place. We’ve been dealing with Watermedic since 2011 for our home and rental property. They do it all and they do it better than all the rest. The pumps, the tanks, the floats; ALL the things! Richard and his team are the smartest and the nicest! We just had Dominick to our home and he could not have been more helpful. We’re clients for LIFE!

We’ve been using watermedic services for 5 years now. In that time we’ve been through quite a few service people. But for the last 2 years we’ve had the extreme pleasure of working with JESS! She is such a polite and kind gal. She is a very hard worker who is responsive to all questions we have. Watermedic you have a wonderful representative in this gal! She’s a keeper for sure.
Jen and Chris did an amazing job with my pool today. Jen knows exactly how to keep the pool chemistry balanced for perfect clarity in the water. She went over and above helping me get rid of some black mold growing on the wall outside the pool cage. Chris is a great worker, tirelessly cleaning the tile surfaces, skimming every last bit of debris from the pool and doing the chemical tests before adding needed chemicals. Excellent work!

Collin and Steven come to my house to service and I can’t give enough stars to these guys. My water is absolutely flawless. You wouldn’t think I had well water at all. I’ve been meaning to leave a review for awhile now but if you’re here wondering if you have the right company you are blessed. It just doesn’t get any better than this. Two days ago my pressure tank failed I meant to call it in but Collin on his normal service found addressed and setup a tech to come out and get it right. Called before I even had the time to make the call about the issue I just found out about. These guys are legit legit! Don’t hesitate. Fair cost trustworthy and faaaaast! Just got a call to come out tonight before I could finish my review. It’s 4:23 and Richard is making his way out tonight! Goodness man blessings these folks are like that! A++ years of extremely happy service
Cheap new construction well head union failed shooting water everywhere. Water medic came out within a couple hours and installed a much better product. Nick and Josh are very professional and knowledgeable. Glad to have water medic on stand by whenever I need it.
Randy, our pool tech, keeps our pool very clean and beautiful. He keeps the levels just right. If there is concern of any type, he reaches out to discus. Everyone team member has been great to deal with. We are very happy with Water Medic, Randy and their team.

Work only to find out we had no water at home. I called and spoke to Ariel who walked us through what she thought it could be. In just a few minutes we had water. She was very knowledgable, patient and kind. I will highly recommend them for any issues anyone may have with their well.

Thanks to Justin (Pool Dept Manager) who came to my house for a service call on my Jandy/pool heater. It turned out to be a simple fix; Justin was professional, timely, and explained things well. I will definitely contact them for a future planned project.

Water storage was empty Sunday Afternoon. Called water medics and received a call back almost immediately. Dispatcher walked me through a few things and determined a tech needed to come out. Adrian B came out same day and worked hard to get the water restored for me and my family. He had great customer service and I could tell he knew his job. He is an asset to the company and I highly recommend him and water medics as a whole.
Just wanted to take a second to compliment repair tech Adrian B. He was sent to repair a pressure issue we were having with our RO system. He was amazing! His communication and confidence in the fact he would get us up and running quickly was second to none! Talking to him he loves his job and appreciates his position with the company. Can’t say enough good things about Water Medic Pool Service. My technician Randy, is always on time, does everything needed and is friendly and courteous. I am an 83 year old lady that can’t take care of the pool by myself and extremely satisfied with the service I get from Randy at Water Medic
My well pump stopped working on Holloween afternoon during after hours. I called water medic and left a message with their after hours answering service. I received a call back from Rachael within 30 min and she spent the time to walk me through some troubleshooting steps. I'm happy to say she was able to solve the problem and for that I am very grateful. She deserves credit for being responsive and knowledgeable. Thank you!
Randy Slack has been taking care of our pool for approximately 2.5 years. We have been with Water Medic for over 15. Randy has been the best and most consistent tech we have ever had. I have referred him specifically to other neighbors who were unhappy with their companies. He takes his time, communicates issues of we have them, and follows up. Strongly recommend him.
My weekly service from Randy is excellent! He communicates any issues or maintenance as well as keeps my pool very clean. The Service Team is also top notch if you have an issue.
Water Medic. has been my pool service since I bought in Cape Coral lever 11 years ago, they. have put in as heater, serviced everything pool related and when they couldn't fix it, recommended. someone who could! Randy S has been. 'my weekly guy' for several years now and I couldn't be. more happy with him, always has a smile on his face and talks with me and my company all the time! When company does visit, he will always ask if he can vacuum the pool just before they come which is always helpful! thank you Randy!

His pleasant professional demeanor, which appears to be the hallmark of the Water Medic Company, has me wondering if there is something special in the water that Richard and his employees are drinking; they execute flawlessly! We recently moved to Cape Coral and the home was serviced for the well water and pool by Water Medic. Brandon was excellent. He came to service the pool two days after moving in. He was very knowledgeable about the system and how to use the heaters and manipulate all the filtration pipes. He showed me how to adjust the heater just for the spa and pool solely. He took picture of how the system needed to be set up both ways and sent me the picture with detailed descriptions. Brandon definitely gets kudos from me he is friendly and awesome to work with.
Dominic was the tech that came out and saved the day! Last night there was green stuff coming out of the shower and the toilet. Gave Water Medic a call this morning and they fit us in today. He was a trooper since the skies let loose when he was getting our system up and running. Thank you to Dominic for giving life to our water system again!

These guys are awesome, seriously. They're there for emergencies, for questions, whatever you need without putting you through the ringer to upsell. They've been helping us out for years and I've always had things taken care of FAST and well with lots of communication. They were recommended to me and now I recommend them to others.
I give Water Medic 5 stars because of them being upfront and honest. I called around different companies to get quotes on water softners or resin rebeds of water softners. Colt came out at MY convience and look at water softner remove a slight clog from a piece of glue that was stuck in it and said that was all I needed and it worked fine. I told him I did not think that the water was getting soft and he said that he would come out again in a week (which he did) and would test for hardness. He stopped back and tested for grain hardness which was 1 grain and once again reminded me that I do NOT need a water softner or the beads replaced. All was working fine. I really appreciated his honesty. He had asked if I had any other questions and I appreciated that as well. In todays day and age when all some companies want to do is sell you something you do not need it was refreshing to know that this company was honest enough to tell me the truth instead of selling me a $1200.00 softner that I did NOT need. I recommend this company and Colt due to their professionalism and honesty! Thanks Colt!! 5 plus ***** stars!!
We had an RO system with Water Medic at our old house. When we moved the first thing we did was get an RO system installed. We are so happy that Ricky is still our service technician. He is so great. He explains the system and answered my questions about how it works. He is so pleasant. Thank you so much Ricky.

Tyler S and Jose H have gone over and above to help with the issues and advise me on my next moves.

Great expierence! Heather went above and beyond to assist my grandmother and I to help us get our water situation fixed! Great company to do business with! Joel came out today, analyzed and quickly found the problem with my pool heater. In addition he gave me some pointers to help me maintain my equipment for future use. He was very courteous and professional in all his actions. In addition thanks to the office staff for their cooperation to schedule the tech in a timely manner. We have been with this company for over 20 years and their great service is the reason why.

Had no water, they showed up the same day . Darrin the technician that was dispatched was very knowledgeable and very professional. Darrin and his helper resolved our issues. We had a dead well pump as well as a low water table. I can't thank them enough for their hard work and dedication to what they do!
