We have been with Water Medic for 13 years. Over that time we have had several knowledgeable service technicians. Some of them have been promoted to other positions in the company. Its nice to pick up the phone and end up speaking to someone you have known for years. Our current service tech for the past 2+ years is Randy. We are pleased that Randy has continued the same professional, knowledgeable and thorough service we have come to enjoy with Water Medic. He keeps us aware of any issues and always goes the extra mile when needed. Thanks Water Medic and Randy for taking such good care of us and our pool.
2022 Initial cost for my water service was $285. Then last year, it was $350. I hadn't noticed the jump until rescheduling filter change and bacteria check. I asked why the jump and they said they charge for two hours plus the test. My guy arrived today and was done in one hour. I really like the water but I dont like that they charge me for TWO hours when he was only here for ONE. I might have to use someone else next year. Edit to reply to your comment: he arrived at 1:45pm and left at 2:43pm, as per my Ring camera. I don’t mind paying for the service, just don’t charge me for 2 hours when he was there for one.
2026: I changed my rating to 5 stars because I called Water Medic and they came almost immediately, fixed the problem and didn't charge me, calling it a "courtesy call"... very happy. Thank you, I use my R/O water daily and love it.

We had a smell of sulfur in our water. We contacted several other companies one we were told is the best around. Every single company tried to upsell us another system . Costing anywhere from 5-15k . Brian came in repaired the valve cleaned the system and we haven’t had any issues since . Thank you for being an honest company .

Just had these guys come out. No water pressure in the house. Their diag was the well pump was fine just overpowered. Resulted in stressto line which lead to issue (broken PVC line). They recommended a pump replacement. Went with their advice and have been happy. But, is this quality workmanship?

I’ve been using Water Medic since my home was built in 2003. Their customer service is outstanding and communication is top notch. Their Technicians are always congenial, prices are reasonable and they warranty what they install.
Jorge O. was our technician from Water Medic who putted all home on Reverse Osmosis system . He was very knowledgeable, professional, and made sure everything was done right. We were very happy with his work and would definitely recommend him.

The young man repaired my well head piping. He was very nice. He did the job and tested it to make sure all was repaired.
Tyler diagnosed the issue with my pool, performed the treatment remedy and replaced a defective chlorine generator display. For every visit, he phoned me to update me on the issue and progress of the treatment. He took the time to explain what was going on and also gave advise and options on the repairs. He is very thorough and professional.

I purchased a home a year ago in Cape Coral. When I first arrived I needed some help programming a Hayward pool. They came right out and got me up and running. Little did I know I would be using them for multiple services. They now service my pool and well weekly. If you call the office the people there are always super helpful. I have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend water medic
Unfortunately not a good service of knowledge with the tech that came out to do a repair. He didn’t listen and plugged in a well pump that had a bad pressure switch that i told the tech 3 times about. So after several hours i arrived home to find the water pressure from the well pump into the system at 100 psi. They charged me but didn’t do the job they should have. So now i have to get another company to come out and actually fix the system they charged me to fix. If there is any damage this company is responsible. Canceled monthly service because of their techs are this bad then I’m sure the service guys are just as bad. Wasted money i do not recommend this company!
8:30 pm...no water. Water Medic closes at 7. Sent a text asking someone to call me when they open in the morning because I think ants got to my pressure switch again. Kinda freak out about how we are going to deal with no water (unprepared) until tomorrow. Phone rings, I pick up and its Ariel from Water Medic. Walks me through how to clean that one dead ant out of switch, and voila...water again and now I know how to fix it myself in the future if it happens again! She is an angel! Had Water Medic for the last 3 years - highly recommend! Thank you Ariel!
Water Medic is the only company I still use on a weekly basis since buying my house 4 years ago. They are not the cheapest but you all know what happens when you go with the lowest cost. They do however have good pricing with top notch service ! Tyler took care of a problem with very quick results & great communication. Marvin is my weekly pool guy for cleaning & he stays right on top of everything including keeping an eye out for any problems with the equipment. If your looking for a pool company with no BS ...this is the company to go with. To the management of Water Medic .... be sure to take great care of these guys as they reflect the Water Medic name. Now give these guys a raise ! 🙂

Always been honest and fair. Whenever I have any water issues I always call water medic. The fact that they have walked me thru easy fixes on the phone and not just send a tech out speaks volumes on the company’s honesty. The price for any repairs I’ve had in the past has always been fair and I will continue to use water medic for any water issues in the future. Thanks again guys

Rotten timing, our pool pump died as we were expecting weather weary out of town guests! Water Medic to the rescue - an employee assessed the situation after hours and our pump was replaced the very next day! Absolutely outstanding customer service and they always keep our pool pristine! They're the best!

Our water died late Friday afternoon. Water Medic sent someone out within a couple of hours then completed the repair Saturday morning. Quick service. Easy to work with.
I wanted a Whole House R/O system so I contacted this company for a quote along with 2 other companies and out of the 3 quotes for a R/O system I was nervous because one of those companies did not have positive things to say about Water Medic which concerned me. The other company did not say things bad about anyone person in particular, just about the fact they use parts that did not last and the unit they used as the R/O was junk. Water Madic gave just a 1 year warranty but the other company offered 2, of course at that point I was leaning more towards the company that had the longer warranty.
With that being said, the guy that came out name was Colt, he went over the quote for a R/O system and was very professional and knowledgeable and extremely thorough out of all of the companies that came out.
I shared what I had heard about the company with him and he explained what they offered discussed my concerns one by one and provided me a picture of what the unit looked like and went over many crucial things to make sure I understood. He was also the only one of the 3 companies that noticed the my 220 plug was missing and verified if the power was there....it was but the plug was not installed, no one else even mentioned that. He made notes about everything and reassured me about the system and was honest about how some units last longer than others but if something failed the owner would work with me depending on what part it was even if right after warranty and if there was a cost on the part depending on how long it should have last.
I also really appreciated he wasn't trying to talk me into it the system like most did. He just wanted to answer my questions so I could make the best choice. He was proud of the work they did and was confident but not arrogant. Colt is the reason I decided to go with them because they were not the cheapest quote. Customer service and knowing your product is so important and so many companies have forgotten the importance behind that.
Colt has a role that can really make or break a company. The thing is that's not even the end of this review it gets better once I was scheduled for my install my technician was Jake. Let me tell you this guy was such a nice guy but what stood out the most was his meticulous work, my husband who is in construction has over 200 employees was worried and made sure to be home to ensure this install was done correctly and he's seen a lot over the years and is rarely impressed. Jake worked without stopping and it was clear he knew what he was doing was so mindful about way it would look on the area before it was set. He discussed the set up in advance to make sure we would be okay with it. At one point it even started to rain and he put on a rain jacket and kept working. The thing is we have only had our R/O installed a few months and I honestly do not know if the system will last. So, far it's been great and I will do a follow up review if I have issues, but I had to submit a review to share what a difference the two men that came out made. Don't misunderstand more companies should have employees that are this way it shouldn't be a rarity but sadly it is. What I know is I have nothing but respect for impression they set for this company. Love those guys they are truly an asset and reguardless of the longevity of my unit, I will pass along the positive experience for someone considering to do business with them.

We began using Water Medic for weekly pool service about a month ago because the previous owner of our house had recommended them. So far we have been very happy with the service, and we decided to also use them for a saltwater conversion for our pool. Their notification and billing system is very easy to use, and I appreciate that they send a photo of their techs coming out ahead of time so you know who to expect. Everyone we've dealt with both in person and via their support has been very quick to respond, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Jake was so informative and kept me well informed. He fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. Thank you Jake, you are deserving of a raise. You were that good.

He is always friendly, professional, and incredibly reliable. Every time he comes by, he leaves our pool looking absolutely spectacular — crystal clear and perfectly maintained.
One of the things that really stands out about Christian is how thoughtful he is. He always brings little treats for my animals, which is such a kind and personal touch that you don’t see very often. It shows he truly cares about the people (and pets!) whose homes he services. Always with a bright smile too!

I hear her speak kindly and patiently to the people whom she is working with making sure they understand. She is always prompt and goes above and beyond answering questions about chemicals, scheduling, billing etc . If you ask her a question she immediately stops cleaning the pool and calls the office . Very impressive to be so thorough and have fantastic customer service skills .

Had no water for 2 weeks after paying Mr Rooter $9500 to replace my well pump.So mr rooter wanted $2700 more to replace more water lines So that company told me that they was done so i called Water medic and they was the best i couldnt believe the great service they replaced and redone Mr rooters work which turned out to be used pump and shotty wireing.Water medic had fixed my well they came the next day.They never tried to push any services on me which was very honest.They was great cant go wrong with these fellas

Arielle responded right away via text, letting me know she would get a technician out and that someone would follow up with me. Instead of dispatching a tech unnecessarily, she contacted the tenant directly, troubleshot the issue, and determined that a bad outlet was the problem. She had the tenant move the plug to a different outlet, and the water was restored.

This company does an amazing job, both with our RO system and our pool maintenance. We had a palm frond fall onto our cycle stop by our well and Matt O. came out and repaired it and fixed us all up. His work looks outstanding, everything is clean and lined up and very professional. He communicated throughout the day via text. I hope he sticks around for a long while. Water Medic should give him a raise. Lexi B. does our pool service and she is the best in town. Give her a raise, too! Both our water and pool are in tip top shape thanks to Water Medic.

He shows up on time every Friday gives the Pool more than adequate time to do to review issues with it never rushing through his job, thoroughly completing every task Plus leaves me a note of him being there what he did and what had to be done, and if there was an issue, he would let me know. I have found Water Medic to be a reliable and reasonable company. I love my new heater, Jose did such a great install as well as realigning all the connections to the pump and even helping with an anti-vibration hack to reduce the noise. I had been having issues with my water softener continuously draining for the past month. I bought a replacement seal and piston kit and it still leaked. I called the company that installed the unit only 2 years ago and they told me $95 for 30 mins to come out, I said absolutely not. I called a couple other companies with no answer till i called Water medic. She walked me through troubleshooting the unit and it worked, unit stopped draining. I definitely recommend.

I wrote this review some years ago, and it only gets better. This is a December 2025 update. We were out-of-town for over a month using Water Medic to service the pool. While servicing the pool, an accident caused a part of the pool filter to break. After contacting Jake (Pool Dept), he kindly arranged for Justin (Pool Dept Manager) to come to the house. Justin put himself in my shoes without hesitation. He quickly resolved the matter absent a need for a back and forth. Yes, it was an accident but how many times have you had to negotiate with a contractor to get something repaired that the contractor damaged? In this case, zero negotiation and an equitable solution. If you are not using Water Medic for all your water-related requirements, you might want to reconsider. Water Medic is employee owned and it shows. Water Medic is a superb service provider to this house. Rick and his team are both professional and responsive. Water Medic uses an often times overlooked process called 'planned maintenance,' so instead of waiting for something to breakdown or require emergency repair, Water Medic schedules maintenance beforehand. It's a great concept and one that makes Water Medic a '5-Star' business.

Jen and Chris did an amazing job with my pool today. Jen knows exactly how to keep the pool chemistry balanced for perfect clarity in the water. She went over and above helping me get rid of some black mold growing on the wall outside the pool cage. Chris is a great worker, tirelessly cleaning the tile surfaces, skimming every last bit of debris from the pool and doing the chemical tests before adding needed chemicals. Excellent work!

Two days ago my pressure tank failed I meant to call it in but Collin on his normal service found addressed and setup a tech to come out and get it right. Cheap new construction well head union failed shooting water everywhere. Water medic came out within a couple hours and installed a much better product. Nick and Josh are very professional and knowledgeable. Glad to have water medic on stand by whenever I need it.

Adrian B came out same day and worked hard to get the water restored for me and my family. He had great customer service and I could tell he knew his job. We recently moved to Cape Coral and the home was serviced for the well water and pool by Water Medic. Brandon was excellent. He came to service the pool two days after moving in. He was very knowledgeable about the system and how to use the heaters and manipulate all the filtration pipes. He showed me how to adjust the heater just for the spa and pool solely. He took picture of how the system needed to be set up both ways and sent me the picture with detailed descriptions. Brandon definitely gets kudos from me he is friendly and awesome to work with.
Dominic was the tech that came out and saved the day! Last night there was green stuff coming out of the shower and the toilet. Gave Water Medic a call this morning and they fit us in today. These guys are awesome, seriously. They're there for emergencies, for questions, whatever you need without putting you through the ringer to upsell. They've been helping us out for years and I've always had things taken care of FAST and well with lots of communication. They were recommended to me and now I recommend them to others.
I give Water Medic 5 stars because of them being upfront and honest. I called around different companies to get quotes on water softners or resin rebeds of water softners. Colt came out at MY convience and look at water softner remove a slight clog from a piece of glue that was stuck in it and said that was all I needed and it worked fine. I told him I did not think that the water was getting soft and he said that he would come out again in a week (which he did) and would test for hardness. He stopped back and tested for grain hardness which was 1 grain and once again reminded me that I do NOT need a water softner or the beads replaced. All was working fine. I really appreciated his honesty. He had asked if I had any other questions and I appreciated that as well. In todays day and age when all some companies want to do is sell you something you do not need it was refreshing to know that this company was honest enough to tell me the truth instead of selling me a $1200.00 softner that I did NOT need. I recommend this company and Colt due to their professionalism and honesty! Thanks Colt!! 5 plus ***** stars!!

Great company to do business with! Joel came out today, analyzed and quickly found the problem with my pool heater. In addition he gave me some pointers to help me maintain my equipment for future use. He was very courteous and professional in all his actions. In addition thanks to the office staff for their cooperation to schedule the tech in a timely manner. We have been with this company for over 20 years and their great service is the reason why.

Had no water, they showed up the same day . Darrin the technician that was dispatched was very knowledgeable and very professional. Darrin and his helper resolved our issues. We had a dead well pump as well as a low water table. I can't thank them enough for their hard work and dedication to what they do!
