Water Medic is a wonderful, reliable company. We have had them for years. I want to give a special shout out to our tech Jess. She takes great care of our pool , professional and courteous showing up every week with an enthusiastic smile . She trains people . I hear her speak kindly and patiently to the people whom she is working with making sure they understand. She is always prompt and goes above and beyond answering questions about chemicals, scheduling, billing etc . If you ask her a question she immediately stops cleaning the pool and calls the office . Very impressive to be so thorough and have fantastic customer service skills .

Over the years WM has helped us not only maintain all of our equipment, but our weekly service by Randy has been outstanding. Had no water for 2 weeks after paying Mr Rooter $9500 to replace my well pump.So mr rooter wanted $2700 more to replace more water lines So that company told me that they was done so i called Water medic and they was the best i couldnt believe the great service they replaced and redone Mr rooters work which turned out to be used pump and shotty wireing.Water medic had fixed my well they came the next day.They never tried to push any services on me which was very honest.They was great cant go wrong with these fellas
Cristian has been taking care of our pool over the past several months and has been doing a great job. He even brings a couple of small treats for our puppy. We are happy with the service we get from Water Medic and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable pool service.

Gregory takes care of the pool and he is absolutely amazing. He leaves treats for the dog and the cat. He’s very thorough always on time always with a smile. He’s an amazing person.

As an Administrative Coordinator for a property management company, I truly appreciate vendors who respond quickly and go above and beyond. I recently received an after-hours call from a tenant who had no water, and I immediately contacted Water Medic.
Arielle responded right away via text, letting me know she would get a technician out and that someone would follow up with me. Within 15 minutes, she messaged again to let me know the water was back on. Instead of dispatching a tech unnecessarily, she contacted the tenant directly, troubleshot the issue, and determined that a bad outlet was the problem. She had the tenant move the plug to a different outlet, and the water was restored.
Arielle not only solved the problem quickly, but she also saved the property owner from an after-hours service charge. I truly can’t thank her enough for her initiative and outstanding customer service. Water Medic is a fantastic company to work with!

This company does an amazing job, both with our RO system and our pool maintenance. We had a palm frond fall onto our cycle stop by our well and Matt O. came out and repaired it and fixed us all up. His work looks outstanding, everything is clean and lined up and very professional. He communicated throughout the day via text. I hope he sticks around for a long while. Water Medic should give him a raise. Lexi B. does our pool service and she is the best in town. Give her a raise, too! Both our water and pool are in tip top shape thanks to Water Medic.

If he was to ever leave Water Medic I would have to be assured by management that whomever took his place would go to the extra effort to keep me appraised of anything I need to do. We have been using Water Medic since 2008 starting with our reverse osmosis system and eventually our pool. We are very happy with their service as they are very responsive and address any issues in a timely professional manner. You can count on them to do a good job!

I wanted to water medic of Cape Coral a great review. Any time I had an issue they had different technician in different department for any issue. I especially what to comment my pool specialist that care of my pool needs. Randy is always punctual and reliable to take care of my pool needs. He shows up on time every Friday gives the Pool more than adequate time to do to review issues with it never rushing through his job, thoroughly completing every task Plus leaves me a note of him being there what he did and what had to be done, and if there was an issue, he would let me know. I never had any issue with my pool since he has been in charge of the pool Thank you

We watch houses in our community for residents when they are away. One of the houses was having issues with their pool. We contact two different companies and they came out and went over everything. The owner decided to go with Water Medic and it was a great choice.

The final two I have spoken with were Justin and Matt. I believe they are the Manager for the service department. I had to talk with them about a couple of things including trying to help me with the company that install the pool heater that was under warranty. Both Justin and Matt were very helpful. If they were busy at the time I called or out of the office they called me back as soon as they were free.
I can not say enough about everyone at Water Medic that I have had dealing with. I would recommend them to anyone.

Tyler from Water Medic repaired my Pool automation system. He also went above and beyond and help my reconnect my home automation devices.
Darin did everything he said he would, great follow up and always on time.
I have found Water Medic to be a reliable and reasonable company. I needed to have my reverse osmosis under kitchen sink equipment replaced and Water Medic had a fair price and was available to do the job within a short period of time. Matt did the job. He was knowledgeable and efficient, finishing the job quickly. I would recommended Matt/Water Medic for sure.

The technician they sent out to my place was great and explained everything clearly to me. I could not believe how quick they were on the property and it was repaired. Wish I could give them six stars.
Every time I call Water Medic Ariel is able to help me every time. She is always very sweet and helpful and I think automatic so much.
Jose was extremely professional in every respect. He was easy to work with and took the time to clearly explain each step of the installation process. He also provided helpful insight into why our unit may have failed earlier than expected and offered recommendations on how to prevent future issues. I highly recommend both Jose and Water Medic.

For years Water Medic has helped me through many issues. When I decided to install a pool heater, they were the first vendor I called. They did not disappoint! I love my new heater, Jose did such a great install as well as realigning all the connections to the pump and even helping with an anti-vibration hack to reduce the noise. I couldn't be more pleased and they certainly made a couple grandkids happy. Thanks to the whole team.

We just moved into our new home and we couldn't be happier to have Ricky Garcia as our tech. He is great!! Ricky took the time to explain how our RO system works and gave us several tips on how to help the system run efficiently. We are fortunate to have him servicing our system.

I had been having issues with my water softener continuously draining for the past month. I bought a replacement seal and piston kit and it still leaked. I called the company that installed the unit only 2 years ago and they told me $95 for 30 mins to come out, I said absolutely not. I called a couple other companies with no answer till i called Water medic. She walked me through troubleshooting the unit and it worked, unit stopped draining. I definitely recommend.

Our pool was looking pretty bad until Randy came in with just one visit, had it looking tons better!! Randy is extremely conscientious and very dependable. I wrote this review some years ago, and it only gets better. This is a December 2025 update. We were out-of-town for over a month using Water Medic to service the pool. While servicing the pool, an accident caused a part of the pool filter to break. After contacting Jake (Pool Dept), he kindly arranged for Justin (Pool Dept Manager) to come to the house. Justin put himself in my shoes without hesitation. He quickly resolved the matter absent a need for a back and forth. Yes, it was an accident but how many times have you had to negotiate with a contractor to get something repaired that the contractor damaged? In this case, zero negotiation and an equitable solution. If you are not using Water Medic for all your water-related requirements, you might want to reconsider. Water Medic is employee owned and it shows. Water Medic is a superb service provider to this house. Rick and his team are both professional and responsive. Water Medic uses an often times overlooked process called 'planned maintenance,' so instead of waiting for something to breakdown or require emergency repair, Water Medic schedules maintenance beforehand. It's a great concept and one that makes Water Medic a '5-Star' business.

Stop looking for a company to handle your SWFL water issues. This is the place. We’ve been dealing with Watermedic since 2011 for our home and rental property. They do it all and they do it better than all the rest. The pumps, the tanks, the floats; ALL the things! Richard and his team are the smartest and the nicest! We just had Dominick to our home and he could not have been more helpful. We’re clients for LIFE!

We’ve been using watermedic services for 5 years now. In that time we’ve been through quite a few service people. But for the last 2 years we’ve had the extreme pleasure of working with JESS! She is such a polite and kind gal. She is a very hard worker who is responsive to all questions we have. Watermedic you have a wonderful representative in this gal! She’s a keeper for sure.
Jen and Chris did an amazing job with my pool today. Jen knows exactly how to keep the pool chemistry balanced for perfect clarity in the water. She went over and above helping me get rid of some black mold growing on the wall outside the pool cage. Chris is a great worker, tirelessly cleaning the tile surfaces, skimming every last bit of debris from the pool and doing the chemical tests before adding needed chemicals. Excellent work!

Collin and Steven come to my house to service and I can’t give enough stars to these guys. My water is absolutely flawless. You wouldn’t think I had well water at all. I’ve been meaning to leave a review for awhile now but if you’re here wondering if you have the right company you are blessed. It just doesn’t get any better than this. Two days ago my pressure tank failed I meant to call it in but Collin on his normal service found addressed and setup a tech to come out and get it right. Called before I even had the time to make the call about the issue I just found out about. These guys are legit legit! Don’t hesitate. Fair cost trustworthy and faaaaast! Just got a call to come out tonight before I could finish my review. It’s 4:23 and Richard is making his way out tonight! Goodness man blessings these folks are like that! Cheap new construction well head union failed shooting water everywhere. Water medic came out within a couple hours and installed a much better product. Nick and Josh are very professional and knowledgeable. Glad to have water medic on stand by whenever I need it.
Randy, our pool tech, keeps our pool very clean and beautiful. He keeps the levels just right. If there is concern of any type, he reaches out to discus. Everyone team member has been great to deal with. We are very happy with Water Medic, Randy and their team.

Thanks to Justin (Pool Dept Manager) who came to my house for a service call on my Jandy/pool heater. It turned out to be a simple fix; Justin was professional, timely, and explained things well. I will definitely contact them for a future planned project.

Water storage was empty Sunday Afternoon. Called water medics and received a call back almost immediately. Dispatcher walked me through a few things and determined a tech needed to come out. Adrian B came out same day and worked hard to get the water restored for me and my family. He had great customer service and I could tell he knew his job. He is an asset to the company and I highly recommend him and water medics as a whole.

My well pump stopped working on Holloween afternoon during after hours. I called water medic and left a message with their after hours answering service. I received a call back from Rachael within 30 min and she spent the time to walk me through some troubleshooting steps. Randy Slack has been taking care of our pool for approximately 2.5 years. We have been with Water Medic for over 15. Randy has been the best and most consistent tech we have ever had. We recently moved to Cape Coral and the home was serviced for the well water and pool by Water Medic. Brandon was excellent. He came to service the pool two days after moving in. He was very knowledgeable about the system and how to use the heaters and manipulate all the filtration pipes. He showed me how to adjust the heater just for the spa and pool solely. He took picture of how the system needed to be set up both ways and sent me the picture with detailed descriptions. Brandon definitely gets kudos from me he is friendly and awesome to work with.
Dominic was the tech that came out and saved the day! Last night there was green stuff coming out of the shower and the toilet. Gave Water Medic a call this morning and they fit us in today. He was a trooper since the skies let loose when he was getting our system up and running. Thank you to Dominic for giving life to our water system again!

These guys are awesome, seriously. They're there for emergencies, for questions, whatever you need without putting you through the ringer to upsell. They've been helping us out for years and I've always had things taken care of FAST and well with lots of communication. They were recommended to me and now I recommend them to others.
I give Water Medic 5 stars because of them being upfront and honest. I called around different companies to get quotes on water softners or resin rebeds of water softners. Colt came out at MY convience and look at water softner remove a slight clog from a piece of glue that was stuck in it and said that was all I needed and it worked fine. I told him I did not think that the water was getting soft and he said that he would come out again in a week (which he did) and would test for hardness. He stopped back and tested for grain hardness which was 1 grain and once again reminded me that I do NOT need a water softner or the beads replaced. All was working fine. I really appreciated his honesty. He had asked if I had any other questions and I appreciated that as well. In todays day and age when all some companies want to do is sell you something you do not need it was refreshing to know that this company was honest enough to tell me the truth instead of selling me a $1200.00 softner that I did NOT need. I recommend this company and Colt due to their professionalism and honesty! Thanks Colt!! 5 plus ***** stars!!

Great company to do business with! Joel came out today, analyzed and quickly found the problem with my pool heater. In addition he gave me some pointers to help me maintain my equipment for future use. He was very courteous and professional in all his actions. Had no water, they showed up the same day . Darrin the technician that was dispatched was very knowledgeable and very professional. Darrin and his helper resolved our issues.
